If you or your children have emotional or behavioural problems, counselling may help. It can be useful to explore issues that may be concerning you and talk things through objectively in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment.

If your family atmosphere is not where you want it to be, you can change it.  Once you are able to objectively identify elements you would like to change, your observations will lead you to different outcomes.  Issues include: Family and Stepfamily Relationships, Work related issues, Abuse, Anger, Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Bullying, Self Harm, Depression, Disruptive Behaviour including ADHD, Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Phobias & Bereavement etc.

Family / Systemic Counselling involves working with families in an attempt to produce change.

*It explores the family system or subsystems and how the family functions.

*It helps understand how a family has become stuck in a pattern of interaction.

*It focuses on the context and networks of significant relationships within which people live their lives.

*Family Counselling looks at patterns and conversations, and explores new ways of talking.
